The Australian Government has committed to an investigation into measures to strengthen the financial security of seniors, carers and people with disability, including a review of the Age Pension, Carer Payment and Disability Support Pension, as part of its inquiry into Australia’s Future Tax System. There will be a public consultation process to inform the Pension Review. Details about the consultation process and how to get involved is now available on the department’s website: www.fahcsia.gov.au.
